After being involved in numerous real estate transactions and vehicle purchases save on commission was borne out of continued pleading by my clients for a commission saving solution.  We created a solution for the consumer that was both fair and equitable for the buying or selling of real estate or the purchase of a vehicle.  Consumers have been paying exorbitant commission when dealing with the purchase or sale of their property for years. Frequently the commission costs expended are disproportionate to the services rendered.
